Credit Cards
We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. Please note that although you will be required to enter your credit card details when making a booking, your card will not be charged at that time. We request your card number in advance to cover any potential no-shows or cancellations made outside the 24-hour window.
Treatment Cancellations
We know that sometimes life gets in the way and schedules can change in an instant. That’s why we give our customers the option to cancel or reschedule at no cost, provided they give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% cost of the treatment.
Gift Cards
Use of ROWM Beauty gift card constitutes acceptance of the card Terms and Conditions. ROWM Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Gift Card contains value which may only be used to purchase goods and services at ROWM Beauty, Park Slope. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift cards. Present the card to an associate at the time of purchase and amounts will be deducted from the card balance. The card may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift cards are valid for a period of nine years from the date of purchase.
