The Rowm Collective was created to maximize the visible benefits of consistent facials & to kick start a skin care cadence that will ensure your glow keeps glowing ! 

Here’s how it works: 

Your Monthly Skin Reset: The Facials

Each month, unlock one treatment from the 3 of our most popular services 

• ROWM Signature Facial: Our flagship treatment combining ancestral Japanese Kobido massage and gentle microcurrent technology to deeply lift, tone, and sculpt contour.
• Total Detox Lymphatic Facial: Focused on sculpting massage and rhythmic lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and naturally clarify.
• Intensive Boost Hydrafacial: A clinical-meets-holistic experience to thoroughly cleanse, exfoliate, and deeply saturate skin with antioxidants.

Membership Perks 

• The Welcome Product Bundle: Upon signing up, receive a custom collection of clean, product essentials from our curation of brands, to ensure your skin is well maintained between treatments.
• Share the Glow: If your schedule gets hectic, your monthly treatment voucher is transferable to a friend or family member 
• Bonus add-on: Month 3 - Your facial receives a complimentary add-on from a selection most compatible to your needs. 

How It Works (The Mechanics)

• 3-Month Commitment: To allow your skin to settle into a true rhythm, memberships begin with an initial 3-month commitment period, transitioning to a rolling month-to-month, upon electing to do so.
• Auto-Billing: membership fee of $300 is securely processed on the 1st day of each calendar month.
• 60-Day Rollover Cap (Post-Commitment): Once unlocked, unused vouchers will automatically roll over and remain active for exactly sixty (60) days from their date of issuance before permanently expiring.  
• Annual Pause: Once your initial 3 months are met, you can freeze your billing and benefits once a year for up to 60 days by emailing us with the subject line  ROWM Collective: Account Pause Request.
